She is definitely passionate about customer satisfaction. It’s very easy to book and manage cleanings and very nice to be able to pay with credit card online through the online booking system. We’ve had Kasandra clean our home a few times now and she does a great job. She works very hard and is a very kind person. "I had major smoke damage in my garage after an electric bike had battery essential. After two weeks of ventilating it, the smell had partially subsided, but the entire garage from floor to ceiling needed to be wiped down due black sut. I called several professional, cleaning companies and the price was in the thousands. I then called Angelo and he was kind enough to send two people out and for a very reasonable price. We empty the entire garage, wiped everything down, including the floors and the ceilings and the wall walls and put everything back. It was a lot of work but his team of cleaners did an excellent job. I could not be happy and highly recommend."

"I left a 5 star review on Yelp after my initial clean, and came back to say how continually delightful Ruby’s Cleaning has been! I’ve brought them on for full housecleanings every other week, and while I’ve worked with a few ladies, Kassandra is my regular cleaner. They are all absolutely wonderful! Very professional, thorough, consistent, and friendly! I’ve had hard end-of-day times, I’ve had phone meetings during a clean where I’ll need a certain room done first, I’ve had days where I’d be scheduled for a clean but then called in to work; they’ve handled everything I’ve thrown at them with grace and poise. I work very weird hours, and Alexa (the owner) has been very flexible and accommodating in my scheduling— definitely a lifesaver! The online portal is clear and easy to navigate, but I’ve also been able to text/call and typically get a response within a few hours (I’d say normally with in one hour tbh). Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the clean. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it!!! And if you’re not on the fence… then why are you reading this review? Overall: five stars, ten out of ten, excellent! Would definitely recommend to a friend!"

My home was (admittedly) super untidy after a few big life changes, including a family tragedy. They were so sweet and friendly-- not to mention efficient! I also had a firm end-of-day deadline of 4pm, they were finished by 3:30, perfect timing! They did SO MUCH more than I could've hoped for and honestly, my home is transformed.
