I was so impressed with Ruby's cleaning service. Monica did such an amazing job and was so thorough. I have a dog and 2 cats who are shedders. Due to medical reasons I couldn't keep up. My house looks terrific and my stress levels are way down because of it. I highly recommend.
Great communication and planning from the very beginning. Alexa made everything clear and simple. The quoted price was very fair and did not change through completion of the cleaning. The cleaning itself was amazing. Monica revitalized the space, hitting places either too long neglected or never even considered by us. She was punctual, polite, and communicative. Alexa (the owner) was warm, prompt, and professional in communication, and during our phone call, she really listened to exactly what I needed and was able to match me up with Monica and Kasandra for an initial deep clean. Both ladies arrived on time and ready to work. After a brief tour of the house, they divided and conquered! My home was (admittedly) super untidy after a few big life changes, including a family tragedy. They were so sweet and friendly-- not to mention efficient! I also had a firm end-of-day deadline of 4pm, they were finished by 3:30, perfect timing! They did SO MUCH more than I could've hoped for and honestly, my home is transformed.
